In early 2020, Nicole Grandelli faced a pivotal moment: The HOA company she worked for was up for sale. Her decision to buy it felt like a whirlwind. Shortly after, the pandemic turned the world upside down. But that leap of faith—betting on herself in such an uncertain time—cemented her commitment to the industry. Though the HOA field doesn't often get much love, Nicole says she finds purpose in the little joys of making someone’s community feel like home and likes building trusted relationships with association boards and developers. The Hearts and Hope Foundation is born from one family’s gratitude for the support shown to their son, Luke Sigmon, whose short but powerful life continues to inspire a legacy of giving.
